Overview

Due to technological and process improvements made by GREEN CEMENT, it is now possible to manufacture a truly "Green" cement at low cost and of high quality.

Development of Fly Ash Based Cements

Throughout the 90's two large cement companies developed and used fly ash based cement. Both LoneStar Cement and Cemex produced high strength specialty cements which sold between two to three times the cost of regular cement. Used for a variety of purposes by the US Army, the Corps of Engineers, the Federal Aviation Authority, and State Highway Departments the fly ash based cement is both an accepted and proven alternative to Portland Cement.

New Green Cement Replaces Type I Portland Cement

Lone Star and Cemex sold an expensive cement for use on special projects. GreenConcreteUSA's cement is a General Use (GU) cement designed for everyday use on regular projects.
Process and chemical enhancements made by GreenConcreteUSA now make the production and usage of fly ash based cement truely viable for main stream consumption and use.

Proven Technologies

Fly ash cement produced and widely used by two large cement companies: LoneStar & Cemex

Environmentally Freindly

Fly ash based cement made from 98% recycled material.

The Future

GREEN CEMENT intellectual property allows for economical, wide-spread use of fly ash based cement as a complete replacement for Portland cement.
